I am enjoying using my Sing & See program on my computer. I purchased the professional version. I have a question, because I downloaded it I don’t have a restore disk. What will happen when my computer dies with the program on it? Am I legally, or can I at all download the program onto a disk of my own? My computer is about 4yrs old (I think) and I’ve been told they only last adv of 5 yrs. I hope I don’t have to buy the program again?

I purchsed the software and installed on a computer that finally crashed. I would like to re-install on a different computer if possible, but not wanting to spend additional money. I used the previous software less than 10 times because of my computer issues which led to a crash. Now I have a better computer. Please provide me an activation code. I would appreciate it. I love the software for what little I was able to use it.

I ordered your program for my laptop but it crashed and i lost the program in the crash. Can I get it for my new windows 7 computer or do i have to buy it again?

Yes you can reinstall on your new computer. Download from the link in the original email sent with your purchase, or from your account page. You will need to re-register using your Product Key. The registration server allows for 2 reinstalls by default to cater for computer upgrades etc – contact us if you need to reinstall more than that…
